Welcome to The Midnight Grind (TMG)! We're a student-run, late-night cafe located at the heart of UC Davis, on a mission to provide students with a safe and welcoming space during the evening hours to study and socialize. We believe in supporting our guests to do their best work, no matter what time of day.

Is it a study or social event?
Both! TMG is a place where you can study, socialize, or grab a snack and relax. We occasionally have optional activities for guests to participate in if they wish.
What time and where are the events?
We currently hold events every Friday from 7PM to 11PM at California Hall (unless announced otherwise). Make sure to follow our Instagram to stay updated!
Is the RSVP mandatory?
Yes, we are now requiring all guests to RSVP by the deadline in order to attend our events (no exceptions). Please make sure you stay updated via our Instagram and sign up on time!
What payment methods do you take?
We currently accept tap payments via Square and cash.
